The short answer to this question is no. I prefer to keep my subjects looking true to life, so if you have a permanent blemish or something you are uncomfortable about I will employ lighting techniques and posing (when necessary) to ensure you look your best as I photograph you. I do not perform large scale retouching of permanent blemishes (e.g. scars, moles, birth marks etc) in photoshop unless we have specifically agreed on it beforehand. I understand that this can be a sensitive topic so please do to talk to me about your specific circumstances if you are unsure. We are all made differently and there are certainly circumstances that would provide the exception to my general rule not to retouch permanent blemishes.
