How much is a typical wedding investment?

Do you photograph elopements and shorter weddings?

Absolutely! I’m a big fan of intimate weddings and elopements. Tell me a little about what you’re planning and I can recommend the best coverage or create a custom quote for your day. 🤍

Do you work with a second photographer?

I photograph most weddings solo, with a second photographer available as an add-on. This can be especially helpful for larger weddings or when you would like coverage in two places at once – such as both partners getting ready, or group photographs happening during cocktail hour.

Can we meet before the wedding?

Yes, I’d love that. We can meet over coffee if you’re local, or arrange a video call if you’re further away. It’s always lovely to connect and hear more about your plans before the day.

Do you help with wedding timelines?

Definitely. I can help you plan photography timings that make the most of the light, allow enough time for the photographs that matter to you, and keep the day feeling relaxed.

How long should we allow for portraits?

Ideally, allow around an hour for your wedding party and couple portraits. If possible, I also love sneaking away with you for a few photographs around golden hour, when the light is soft and beautiful. We can divide your portraits into two or three shorter sessions if that works better with the flow of your day.

How long will it take to receive our wedding photographs?

Wedding galleries are normally delivered within four to six weeks, although turnaround may vary slightly during the busiest parts of the season. During peak season, please allow up to 10 weeks. Every gallery is carefully edited to reflect the atmosphere and full story of your day.

Do you provide high-resolution images?

Yes – all final photographs are delivered in a high-resolution format ready for printing. You’ll receive them through a private online gallery. Please let me know if you need a web-sized format for easy online sharing as well.

How many photographs will we receive?

The number varies depending on your coverage and wedding, but three hours generally produces approximately 200–300 edited images. You’ll receive all the best photographs from your day rather than a fixed number.

Can we order prints through you?

Yes – your gallery includes an online print shop where you can order beautiful fine art prints, albums and framed artwork.

Can we have the raw files?

Normally I don’t provide raw or unedited files, as the editing process is an important part of my work. The photographs you receive are carefully selected and individually edited to tell the story of your day beautifully and consistently. However if this is important to you, please get in touch to discuss the possibility with me.

Who owns the copyright to our photographs?

I retain the copyright, while you receive a personal-use licence allowing you to download, print and share your photographs as much as you like.

Do you charge for travel?

Travel is quoted based on your wedding location and may include mileage, flights, accommodation or car hire where needed. Any travel costs will be clearly outlined before you book, so there are no surprises.
